What this is about

We run marketing projects for clients on the Italian market. AI is changing how all of that gets done, and we want a person whose whole job is staying on top of it.

It doesn’t matter which corner of AI you come from — websites, editing, images, chatbots, anything. What matters is that you actually like this topic and you’re the kind of person who tinkers, tests and learns on their own.

What you would do

  • Follow the AI tool market. Track what’s new, test it, and find the things that genuinely make our projects and processes faster.
  • Build AI agents. Start simple, learn as you go, and build agents that support our processes and our clients’ processes.

You won’t be thrown in the deep end alone — you’ll learn on real projects, with the team around you.

What we actually need from you

  • Real interest in AI. You don’t need years of experience — curiosity and the will to sit with a tool until it works count for more.
  • Time to tinker. Consistent hours every week, not a free evening now and then.
  • English. The one hard requirement. The agency works on the Italian market and English is how the team communicates daily. That’s also why this form is in English: if you can read it and answer it, you’re fine.

Nice to have, not required

  • Anything you’ve already built or automated, however small.
  • A bit of code, any language.
  • Experience with Make, n8n or Zapier.

About the pay figure. Up to €2,000 a month is the top of the range, not the starting point. It starts lower and grows with what you take on and what you learn to handle. We agree the exact numbers together on the call, in writing, so there are no surprises on either side.

Describe how you would improve or automate it with AI tools: which tool or tools you would use, what the steps would be, and how you would check it actually works.

  • Maximum 250 words, or a Loom video of 3 minutes if you prefer talking.
  • Using AI to help you write it is completely fine — we care about the idea, not the prose.
  • There is no single right answer. We want to see how you think.
